Every Deschamps putter head starts life as a free machining brass billet. Necks start as 6061 aircraft aluminum billet. From there, the putter is 100% CNC milled to the desired head-weight and lie. Dimensions are checked. Alignment markings are done on the mill along with any custom engravings. The putter is then hand stamped and the edges are rounded. The requested finish is applied and the putter is paint-filled. From there the putter is assembled. All of this is done by one person to ensure the highest quality, consistency and pride of ownership for the customer.
